THE OPPORTUNITYWe are currently seeking a recruitment manager to set up our state operations in Brisbane, Queensland.This geographical area is currently untapped for our business even though we currently work with an established portfolio of clients with offices in this state. We believe that our introduction will be a positive experience and the business will gain traction quickly. We are seeking a confident and intelligent recruiter who is looking to take the next step in their career and the opportunity to build a reputable business around them. Initially the role will be to develop a portfolio of clients in conjunction with the other offices and source relevant recruitment professionals for these positions. The role will require a high degree of energy and focus to establish a brand and based on financial milestones will result in adding key members of staff to your team as the business grows. All operational duties will be carried out by the Sydney office and allow you to concentrate on the sales side of the business. The position will lead to management but at all times you will be required to transact. P&L responsibility is expected as well as a material input in how to develop and succeed in your local market. With an existing team of 8 staff across Australia and the UK you will join a proud and professional team and enjoy the benefits of a small privately owned business. We love to celebrate our wins!
