REFER A FRIEND
Barton Mills is giving you the opportunity to receive a fee by referring
a friend.
For your chance to receive $500 David Jones / Myers vouchers all you have to do is the following:
- Think of friends who work in the recruitment industry.
- Call your friend and ask them if they are looking for a new
work opportunity.
- If they are, fill in the application form below online and click
submit.
- Barton Mills will send you a confirmation email.
- If we successfully place your friend we will inform you once
he/she has passed the specified probationary period.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
To be eligible for the $500 David Jones / Myers vouchers ("the Fee") the following
conditions must be satisfied:
- The candidate referred by the Referrer ("Candidate")
must be successfully placed in a permanent employment position
by Barton Mills Recruitment Pty Ltd.
- The Candidate must remain employed in the said permanent employment
position for a minimum period of 3 months and one day.
- Any information provided by both the Candidate and the Referrer
must not be false. If either the Candidate or the Referrer have
provided any information that is false in any respect then Barton
Mills Recruitment Pty Ltd is not liable to pay the Fee.
- The Referrer and the Candidate warrant and agree that any information
they have provided is true and correct to the best of their knowledge
and belief. Please note that this payment should be declared in
your annual income tax return. We recommend that the Referrer
seek the advice of the appropriate taxation specialist.
- Employees of Barton Mills Recruitment and their immediate relatives
(which includes, but is not limited to, spouse, de facto spouse,
partner, child, parent, step-parent, step-child, grand parent,
step-grand parent) are ineligible to apply.
- If the referred candidate is previously known and registered
on Barton Mill's database, then Barton Mills Recruitment Pty Ltd
is not liable to pay the fee.
