By providing a professional consulting service to both our Clients and Candidates, we aim to differentiate ourselves by really "listening" to your needs.

TEAM/PEOPLE

Barton Mills Recruitment was launched in January 2004 with the confidence that our service offerings will make a difference. Our confidence is based quite simply on our people and our experience. It is the nature of this experience that allows us to effectively partner people and organizations and act in an advisory capacity. Our experience as consultants, Training Managers and Hiring Managers within the Australian recruitment industry allows us to truly consult to our candidates and clients, because we understand.

Clare Barton

Clare has lived in Australia and worked in the recruitment industry for the past seven years. The first four years of this was spent working her way up through the ranks within an International IT recruitment Agency. Her experience as a senior manager within this sector has given her the knowledge and expertise to understand both clients and candidates needs. For the past three years Clare set up Barton Mills Recruitment and has worked within the Recruitment to Recruitment industry. Clare's current focus is within the IT and office support sectors with a particular focus on working with senior and management candidates. Clare graduated in 1996 with a BA in Economics and Politics gained at Nottingham University in the UK. Prior to recruitment she gained experience in sales and customer service with a large National Retailer in the UK.

Richard Mills

Richard is originally from Scotland but has now resided in Sydney for the last five years. After completing his honours degree in Business Studies he started his career as an accountant. Working for the BIG 4 he then travelled to Australia and worked within investment banking for a further two years. With the inception of Barton Mills Recruitment in 2004 he sought recruitment experience and joined an international agency on the accounting contract desk building a successful temp desk within banking and financial services.

Richard joined Barton Mills Recruitment on a full time capacity in February 2006 concentrating on banking and finance recruitment.

Maile McCammon

Maile has more than 10 years experience in the Australian IT recruitment industry, working in positions ranging from SAP Consultant to Divisional Manager. Maile also had a significant stint as an internal recruiter with extensive experience in developing and mentoring new trainees.
Maile’s last position was Talent Manager, Asia-Pacific for the FiveTen Group, where she was accountable for attracting, acquiring and developing new recruiters.

Steven Belletty

Steven has returned to Sydney after working in rec-to-rec in London for almost 5 years. Prior to this, he worked in sales and marketing recruitment and extensively within the sales and marketing industry. He has worked as a sales trainer in throughout Australia, the USA and London. He also owned and directed his own sales & marketing business for four years before turning to recruitment for a new challenge in a corporate environment.
