TEAM/PEOPLE

Barton Mills Recruitment was launched in January 2004 with the confidence that our service offerings will make a difference. Our confidence is based quite simply on our people and our experience. It is the nature of this experience that allows us to effectively partner people and organizations and act in an advisory capacity. Our experience as consultants, Training Managers and Hiring Managers within the Australian recruitment industry allows us to truly consult to our candidates and clients, because we understand.

Clare Barton

Clare has lived in Australia and worked in the recruitment industry for the past 10 years. The first four years of this was spent working her way up through the ranks within an International IT recruitment Agency. Her experience as a senior manager within this sector has given her the knowledge and expertise to understand both clients and candidates needs. In 2004, Clare set up Barton Mills Recruitment and has worked within the Recruitment to Recruitment industry ever since. Clare's current focus is within the IT sector with a particular focus on working with senior and management level candidates. Clare graduated in 1996 with a BA in Economics and Politics gained at Nottingham University in the UK. Prior to recruitment she gained experience in sales and customer service with a large National Retailer in the UK.

Richard Mills

Richard is originally from Scotland but has now resided in Sydney for the last 8 years. After completing his honours degree in Business Studies he moved into accountancy within one of the " Big 4". On moving to Australia, he worked within investment banking for two years. With the inception of Barton Mills Recruitment in 2004, he sought recruitment experience and joined an international agency to gain this. He worked for two years in the accounting contract space within banking and financial services.

Richard joined Barton Mills Recruitment in a full time capacity in February 2006 and has focused within the banking and finance and accounting recruitment sectors ever since.

Steven Belletty

Steven has 7 years rec to rec experience. He returned to Sydney in 2006, after working in rec-to-rec in London for almost 5 years. Prior to this, he has worked in sales and marketing recruitment and extensively within the sales and marketing industry. In addition, he has worked as a sales trainer throughout Australia, the USA and the UK. Steven has been employed by Barton Mills Recruitment for 2 years.

Neil Smith

Neil has worked in recruitment for over 6 years. Originally recruiting within the Office Support space for two years, Neil then moved into the Recruitment-to-Recruitment sector for Jarvis Knight in the UK where he progressed from a Consultant to Branch Manager of the business. Neil joined Barton Mills Recruitment after emigrating from the UK in May 2008 as a Senior Consultant.
