The first four years of this was spent working her way up through the ranks within an International IT recruitment Agency. Her experience as a senior manager within this sector has given her the knowledge and expertise to understand both clients and candidates needs. In 2004, Clare set up Barton Mills Recruitment and has worked within the Recruitment to Recruitment industry ever since. Clare's current focus is within the IT sector with a particular focus on working with senior and management level candidates. Clare graduated in 1996 with a BA in Economics and Politics gained at Nottingham University in the UK. Prior to recruitment she gained experience in sales and customer service with a large National Retailer in the UK.Richard MillsRichard moved to Australia in 2001 from Scotland. Originally from an accounting background he moved into recruitment with the inception of Barton Mills in 2004. Seeking recruitment experience he joined an international agency and worked for two years in the accounting contract space within banking and financial services. Richard joined Barton Mills Recruitment in a full time capacity in February 2006 and now focuses on senior assignments across the Sydney marketplace as well as the operational aspects of the business.Jodie KnightJodie started her recruitment career in 2003 as an Industrial consultant for a small boutique agency in Manchester, England, where she recruited for high volume temporary positions . After 18 months, she moved on to work for a well known international recruitment agency and was responsible for setting up their Graduate division for the North of England. Jodie recruited across various disciplines and soon progressed to Senior Consultant where she managed and developed her own team. After 5 successful years there, Jodie decided to make the move to Sydney and joined Barton Mills Recruitment in June 2010.Jodie specialises recruiting across the Office Support, Legal, HR, Health and Medical sectors. MelbourneNeil SmithNeil has worked in recruitment for over 8 years. Originally recruiting within the Office Support space for two years, Neil then moved into the Recruitment-to-Recruitment sector for Jarvis Knight in the UK where he progressed from a Consultant to Branch Manager of the business. Neil joined Barton Mills Recruitment after emigrating from the UK in May 2008 as a Senior Consultant in Sydney.After a successful 2 years Neil was promoted to Associate Director in July 2010 and now runs the Melbourne operation. Ben RobertsBen is originally from the UK and having spent 3 ½ years in New Zealand relocated to Sydney 2 years ago. He started his recruitment career working in an HR role for the Ministry of Defence in the UK before moving into a role with Hudson in New Zealand recruiting for some of the major banks. He then turned his attention to recruiting in the Accounting & Finance sector where he was successful in placing Chartered Accountants internationally.Ben has recently moved into the Recruitment-to-Recruitment sector and joined the Barton Mills team and is focused on the Banking and Accounting & Finance recruitment market. UKLucy WoodsLucy has 12 years in the industry. Until recently she has enjoyed a career in agency based recruitment specialising in temp accounting. Her career has spanned both London (5 years ) and Sydney (5 years). Prior to moving across to Barton Mills, she has worked in house for a large insurance company focusing in executive perm recruitment.Vicky PudneyVicky has 10 years recruitment experience in both London and Sydney. The majority of her career has been with a large international recruitment company where she recruited both Sales & Marketing professionals and more recently was responsible for recruiting recruitment consultants internally on a national level. Now based near London, Vicky lived in a variety of locations in Sydney for almost a decade and still holds Oz very close to her heart. |
